I think that the culture is a thing personal. Not only nation, but also each person has the right to natural culture. The person has the right to have and to acquire cultural features, but the defence attorneys of identity attempt to prevent this. The person is not the property of the state, society, nation etc. It is impossible to produce moral estimations of different cultures, as estimation is given from of other culture; the universal standard and measure does not exist. It is impossible to speak: "culture of poor is low, their way of life is bad". It is their choice, their destiny. I do not charge the poor people with laziness and silliness, but I am not going by him to help. It is their culture, it is their choice, and to drive in other is incorrectly. The enforcing unity of culture and style of life is violence and evil; the struggle against poverty is the fraud.
Here there are no emotions and moral values - only logic. I shall try to explain that will appear not clear. You can find more informations in blog, on which the here there are references. I would like to find the people having similar ideas. I am sorry for poor language.

The poverty is result of a choice. The poverty has the particular advantages. The rich have a lot of cares and stresses, but the poor live quietly. Rich and poor receive different pleasures, and have different sufferings. The pleasures can be compared only by intensity, but not by quality ("is high", "is low"). A pleasure is absolute purpose of any activity. Envy to the rich people - mistake. You disagree? The opponents of this idea can take exception only by emotions.

What for to me a limousine? What for to me a yacht? What for to me factory? What for to me life of the rich people? The true purpose of any activity is pleasure. The surplus of money serves for a purchase of pleasure. The rich people too are led into error: the efforts are not justified by pleasures. The rich are necessary - they work for my boon. I do not work - I gain pleasures!
